St. Joseph College, Ukhrul, has received the approval of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Manipur University, for the upgradation from the 3rd year to the 4th year under the provisions of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The upgradation has been approved for the Departments of English, History, Political Science, Education, Sociology, Botany, and Bachelor of Social Work (BSW). The approval has been conveyed via Order No. MU/STC-88/CDC/2014 dated 8th September 2025. This recognition marks an important step in strengthening the academic framework of the college and facilitating advanced learning opportunities for students across the approved departments.
